When you complete your purchase on the website, the “Download file” link to your program appears right there on the screen.
If you missed that, you would have received an email receipt with a link to your program at whatever email address you have on file in our system. Check to see if that email got filtered out into a junk or spam folder.
If you missed that, too, you can always log in to the website (click on “Account” in the navigation bar above) and get the link on the My Account page.
When you click on a download link, the options you see depend on your browser and the browser's settings.
