Program Description
If you feel time has speeded up and the pace keeps getting faster, Margo Adair has some tools to transform the situation. With a non-sectarian approach that borrows from Quaker and Buddhist principles, she addresses problem-solving through visualization, intuition and the imagination. Fore more than two decades she has been helping people to leave “the fast lane” and embrace their fullness as human beings. Her insights are relevant to individuals, as well as groups and organizations. Margo Adair is the author of Working Inside Out (Wingbow Press 1986) and Meditation on Everything Under the Sun: The Dance of Imagination, Intuition and Mindfulness (New Society Publishers 2001).
