Program Description
Angeles Arrien has gathered wisdom from an enormous variety of indigenous cultures around the world, distilling it into four paths to wise, effective action–”showing up, paying attention, telling the truth and being unattached to the outcome.” These are the archetypal paths of the warrior, healer, visionary and teacher, and the opportunity to embody these archetypes arises in every situation in our lives. In her very clear and stimulating style, Arrien tells us how to make our actions more authentic through listening, through integrity, courage and truth-telling. And, as Arrien reminds us, “The heart and the essence of all spiritual seeking is the reclamation of the authentic self.” (Hosted by Michael Toms and Justine Willis Toms)
