THE EVOLUTION OF DARWIN'S MESSAGE

In Charles Darwin's The Descent of Man, the term "survival of the fittest" appears twice, and one of those entries is an apology for the other. The word "love" appears ninety-five times. Darwin writes about moral sensitivity ninety-two times, and about mind and the brain two hundred times. With this discovery, Dr. David Loye identified Darwin as an early humanistic psychologist, and even finds a scientific foundation for the appearance of Jesus. And yet, this important part of Darwin's work remained hidden for more than one hundred years.
